I'm Kit Masangkay, a Las Vegas-based NAR member with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, licensed since 2006 and proudly serving a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers and growing families to seasoned investors, both local and international.
With a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, a deep foundation in customer service and hospitality leadership spanning 24 years, and a passion for service and connection, I've built a real estate career rooted in integrity, care, and results. I'm also a multi-million dollar producer and an Accredited Buyer Representative, trained to negotiate, educate, and advocate for your best interests.
Born and raised in the Philippines, I'm fluent in English, Tagalog, and Spanish-making it easier to connect with and guide clients from all backgrounds. Outside of real estate, I'm a proud wife since 1996 to my husband Rey, and a fun-loving mom to Noelle, Angelo, and our sweet Collie, Frankie. I love to travel, dance everything from Salsa to Line Dancing, sing karaoke, and serve the community. I'm also an active member of the San Diego Majestic Lions Club, and a former Red Cross volunteer and instructor.
