A lifelong Las Vegan, James Beller Jr. knows Southern Nevada inside and out—not just its landscape, but its business climate as well.

Now 43, James grew up in Las Vegas, attending both Bishop Gorman and Bonanza High School before earning his real estate license in 2000. He quickly focused on vacant land, commercial properties, and development opportunities, building a strong foundation in the industry.

Early in his career, James gained valuable experience in the title and escrow process while working at Land Title of Nevada, where he worked in escrow and title operations. His professional journey has since taken him through key roles at Luxury Homes and High Rise of Las Vegas, Land Baron Investments, Diversified Interests, and now Berkshire Hathaway.

James credits much of his early training to Southern Nevada businessman Randy Black, Sr., whose extensive real estate background spans new home construction, leadership as president of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, and numerous other influential roles.

“Randy has mentored some of the top real estate brokers in Las Vegas,” James says. “He taught me that persistence and consistency are essential for success. Real estate isn’t a 9-to-5 job, and if you know Randy Black, Sr., you know there’s no such thing as a 40-hour workweek.”

That mindset continues to drive James in his role as a Real Estate Specialist at Berkshire Hathaway, where he is part of The Suiter Group.

“To succeed in this business, you need to be surrounded by the best,” he says. “At The Suiter Group and Berkshire Hathaway, we have the experience and knowledge gained from countless transactions over many years. This company represents the highest standard in real estate expertise.”

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family—his wife, Channelle, and their son, Jay, affectionately known as Turtle. In his free time, he enjoys riding quads and bicycles, going on hunting trips throughout the year, and spending time at the lake.
